UV-1601 Spectrophotometer is a single beam UV-VIS monitoring system with split beam that provides accurate measurements and increases the stability of the baseline. With a wide range of wavelength spectrophotometer is used in many fields.
Many methods of measurement: the wavelength scanning, measurement as a function of time (kinetic measurements), measurements at multiple wavelengths, counting derivative etc. It meets different measurement requirements of users. The software has the pre-defined functions for analysis of proteins, RNA and DNA.
