WEEE — waste electrical and electronic equipment

In accordance with the Polish Act on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment of 11 September 2015 (Journal of Laws 2015, item 1688), EnviSense — as an importer placing electrical and electronic equipment on the EU market — is registered in the GIOŚ register under number E0016529WBW and, since March 2018, holds Waste Database (BDO) number 000004103, maintained by the Marshal of the Lubelskie Voivodeship.

Electrical and electronic equipment is subject to separate waste collection. The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on a device or its packaging means the device must not be disposed of with ordinary household waste. The user is obliged to hand over used equipment to a designated collection point for recycling. Details of the nearest collection point are available from local authorities, GIOŚ, the Marshal’s Office, or from us.

Waste management costs (KGO) are always included in the product price and are not itemised separately on invoices. The unit KGO rate for electrical and electronic equipment at EnviSense is PLN 0.30/kg net (23% VAT applies).
