What data we process and why

• Inquiry form. Data entered in the form (company/institution, e-mail, phone, message) is delivered directly to our e-mail inbox, solely to answer your inquiry and prepare an offer (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The website does not store inquiries in any database — it acts as a mail relay only.
• Correspondence and phone. Data received by e-mail or phone is processed to handle your case, for its duration and for periods required by law (e.g. tax regulations).
• Statistics and advertising (optional, consent-based). Google tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) run only after you give consent in the banner — see the Cookie policy.

Who receives the data

Recipients may include providers operating our e-mail and hosting and — only after your consent — Google (statistical and advertising measurement). We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep the data

Correspondence is kept for the duration of the case and the limitation period of potential claims. Measurement data (consent-based) — according to Google retention periods.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
