Hybridisation incubators

Hybridisation incubators are intended for hybridisation techniques used in molecular biology — hybridisation of DNA probes (Northern blotting), RNA probes (Southern blotting) and proteins (Western blotting). Precise temperature control and a choice of motion (rotary, orbital, rocking) let you match the unit to a specific method. A carousel for hybridisation bottles is supplied as standard. We match the model to the technique used and the number of samples.

HD hybridisation incubators
HD hybridisation incubators for blotting techniques in molecular biology — four models differing in motion type (rotary, orbital, rocking), a temperature range up to 80°C and ±0.1°C accuracy. A carousel for up to 8 bottles of 300 mm as standard.
- Four models — rotary, orbital or rocking motion (HD-800/801)
- For DNA (Northern), RNA (Southern) and protein (Western) hybridisation
- Temperature range from +5°C above ambient to 80°C
- Temperature accuracy ±0.1°C, PID control
