The AD-S series holds the most powerful rotor–stator homogenisers in the AD family — designed for large volumes and samples that demand high shear energy. An 850 W motor (500 W output) and smooth control across 2,000–28,000 rpm handle materials of varied viscosity, from thin suspensions to thick emulsions.
Throughput where you need it
The 12G–36G generator set translates into a working volume range from 30 ml up to 13 litres — a homogeniser for labs running in series and for process tasks where shorter cycles and a repeatable degree of disruption matter. The 316L stainless head withstands continuous duty and contact with demanding media.
Two control versions
The AD500S-P offers smooth manual speed control. The AD500S-H adds a digital speed readout (value ×10 rpm) and a timer — features that make it easier to reproduce the same process parameters between runs and between operators.
