EML 450 laboratory sieve shakers

The EML 450 laboratory sieve shakers take sieves up to 450 mm in diameter and a load up to 15 kg — three-dimensional electromagnetic sieve motion plus stored time, interval and amplitude. The N variant adds a separate control panel with splash-proof connectors and wet sieving.

The EML 450 laboratory sieve shakers are the largest in the series, built for sieves up to 450 mm in diameter. The electromagnetic drive gives the sieves precise three-dimensional motion, allowing reliable fractionation of even sizeable bulk-material samples weighing up to 15 kg.
A large load, repeatable conditions
The EML 450 sieves dry and, in the N variant, wet. Sieving time, interval and amplitude can be set and stored in memory (locations 01–10), so successive analyses run under identical conditions. The digital plus N model has a separate control panel with splash-proof connectors — practical for wet sieving and demanding environments.
Where it fits
The shaker is used in quality-control laboratories and the construction, mining, ceramics and food industries — wherever large quantities of material are analysed. For smaller samples, the EML 315 and EML 200 series or the economical TSS-200 will do. Write to us.
