The heating bench for Soxhlet apparatus is a multi-position heating block for continuous Soxhlet extraction — widely used, among other things, to determine fat content and other soluble substances in food, feed or plant material. It lets you run several extractions at once.
Controlled heating for extraction
A temperature range from 40 to 450°C lets you match conditions to the solvent used and the sample type, and an 85 mm hotplate fits typical Soxhlet flasks. Power of 450 W per position keeps the solvent boiling steadily throughout the often multi-hour cycle.
Series throughput
