JT digital flocculation tester

The JT digital flocculation tester is a multi-position stirrer for jar tests — 4 or 6 positions for 1 l vessels, speed 20–250 rpm with 5 rpm resolution and two switchable speeds. The JT-4E model with car power for fieldwork.
- 4 positions (JT-40E, JT-4E) or 6 positions (JT-60E)
- Speed 20–250 rpm, 5 rpm resolution
- Two switchable speeds at a single button
- Adjustable stirring-rod height during operation
- JT-4E portable — powered from a car socket
The JT flocculation testers are multi-position mechanical stirrers intended for jar tests — the standard method for selecting the coagulant and flocculant dose in water treatment and wastewater purification. Beyond flocculation they also suit other analyses and ordinary parallel stirring of samples.
Control over the flocculation process
A powerful, quiet motor keeps speed highly stable even at low rpm — crucial for the slow mixing that favours floc formation. Speed adjustable across 20–250 rpm with 5 rpm resolution lets you reproduce the fast and slow mixing phases, and the option to set two speeds and switch between them at a single button simplifies running the procedure. The stirring-rod height can be adjusted even while the unit is running.
Bench and portable variants
The JT-40E handles 4 positions and the JT-60E handles 6, both with tall 1-litre vessels. The JT-4E model can be powered from a car socket and comes with a carrying handle, making it a mobile tester for fieldwork. Ask for a quote — we will match the variant to your tests.
