The MCC W laboratory milk analysers combine accurate, multi-parameter composition analysis with the convenience of a modern interface. The large 7-inch touchscreen runs on a Windows-based system, with an included keyboard and mouse — operation is intuitive even for beginners.
Accurate analysis, convenient operation
A measurement needs 25 ml of milk with no prior preparation. The MCC W determines fat, SNF, protein, lactose, water, density, freezing point and salinity, and results can be printed immediately on the built-in printer or sent over USB and WiFi. Users can add their own calibrations for different milk types, which helps when working with unusual raw material.
Three housing versions
The variants come with a metal housing (MCC W-V1), a plastic one (MCC W-V3) and a metal-plastic one (MCC WS). The metal version can be fitted with a battery and a second peristaltic pump for automatic cleaning, and the WS with an ultrasonic stirrer. Options include cream measurement to 45%, a pH probe, conductivity measurement and an integrated balance. For collection points and fieldwork, the S/SA analysers or LW are a better fit; when you also need a somatic cell count, choose the combined COMBO analyser. Write to us.
