OvanTherm MultiMix water baths

OvanTherm MultiMix water baths combine two functions in one unit: thermostatting in a water bath and magnetic stirring. An integrated stirrer with 5 or 9 independently driven positions lets you heat and stir many samples at once — with no need to set up a separate stirrer.
Thermostatting and stirring together
A 20-litre stainless-steel tank holds the temperature up to 100°C, and each of the 5 (BHM5E) or 9 (BHM9E) positions accepts a beaker of up to 2 litres and no more than 110 mm across. Because each position is controlled independently, you can run different processes in the same bath.
For serial work
It is a solution for laboratories that prepare many samples needing simultaneous heating and stirring — for example solutions, buffers or suspensions. A temperature resolution of 0.1°C ensures repeatable conditions. If you do not need stirring, the digital water baths are a simpler choice. Ask for a quote.
