The VLAB-100 is a compact laboratory mixer for bulk materials — a solution for workshops that need repeatable mixing of smaller amounts of powder or granulate without reaching for a large industrial mixer.
Interchangeable 316L stainless containers
The unit works with interchangeable containers of 2, 4 and 8 litres, made of polished 316L stainless steel. This lets you switch quickly between different materials or batch sizes, and the high-quality steel protects sample purity and eases cleaning. The recommended maximum fill is 50% of container capacity, which gives the material room to move and good uniformity.
Simple parameter control
The LCD controller lets you supervise the basic parameters — mixing speed and time — which makes it easier to reproduce the same conditions between samples. The VLAB-100 is used in the food industry, pharmacy, chemistry at large and recycling. For larger, production amounts the V-type mixer is intended. Ask for a quote.
