The BT-N is a laboratory transfer pump built to work with analytical instruments and automation systems. Wherever the pump must respond to a signal from another device — an analyser, a controller or a computer — the BT-N offers a full set of control inputs.
Integration with the process
Speed and pump operation can be commanded remotely: through analogue inputs 0–5 V, 0–10 V and 4–20 mA, start/stop signals and direction change, and through an RS232 interface from a computer. A separate fast fill and empty button speeds up preparing an installation, and the membrane keypad makes operation easy even in gloves.
Stable, repeatable flow
High torque and a low vibration level translate into an even flow, which matters when feeding detectors and reactors. Three models (BT100N/300N/600N) cover a flow from 0.035 to 2280 ml/min, with the actual range set by the chosen head and tubing.
