The Cube 100S is a portable analyser of oil and other petrochemical products, designed specifically to detect sulfur and oil at low content. The XRF method allows fast, non-destructive determination of sulfur content without complex sample preparation.

For laboratory sulfur analyses with a vacuum chamber, the EDX3200S is intended; for the lowest detection limits by the MWD-XRF technique — the EDX3300S.
