Steel plate — durability and hygiene
The steel plate resists impact, scratches and contact with spilled media, and its smooth surface is easy to keep clean. A working span of 20–400°C covers most routine sample-heating tasks, and the 1000 or 2000 W power (by model) reaches the setpoint efficiently.
