EDX 6000C XRF spectrometer

EDX 6000C laboratory XRF spectrometer

The advanced EDX 6000C energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence laboratory spectrometer offers measurement in an air, vacuum or helium atmosphere. An extended element range (F–U) and lowered detection limits thanks to an ultra-thin graphene detector window. Four measuring-chamber configurations.

The EDX 6000C is an advanced energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) laboratory spectrometer that allows measurement in an air, vacuum or helium atmosphere. Choosing the atmosphere lets you match the measuring conditions to the type of sample and the required sensitivity, especially for light elements.

A wide range and low detection limits

The extended element range — from fluorine to uranium — and the lowered detection limits were achieved by using a unique, ultra-thin graphene window in the detector. This solution increases the transmission of the signal from light elements and improves the reliability of their determination.

A flexible measuring chamber

Four measuring-chamber configurations are available, which can be adapted to individual application requirements. This lets the EDX 6000C perform across a wide spectrum of analyses — from metals and alloys to powder materials and environmental samples. For RoHS compliance analyses, the EDX 1800B is intended; for sample series — the EDX 6000B with a changer. Send an inquiry and you will quickly receive a price offer — write to us.
