EDX 1800B XRF spectrometer

The EDX 1800B X-ray fluorescence analyser is designed for fast, non-destructive RoHS/WEEE compliance analyses. A PASS/FAIL function for hazardous elements (mercury, cadmium, lead, chromium), intuitive Polish software, plus an optional chlorine extension and an SDD-detector version.
- RoHS/WEEE compliance analyses, PASS/FAIL function
- Detection of mercury, cadmium, lead and chromium
- Fast, fully non-destructive XRF measurements
- Control of electrical goods, toys and ceramics
- Optional alloy-composition analysis — recycling and metallurgy
- Chlorine extension and an SDD-detector version
The EDX 1800B is a laboratory X-ray fluorescence analyser designed primarily for RoHS/WEEE compliance control. XRF measurements are fast and fully non-destructive, so it suits testing both semi-finished products and finished goods.
Control of hazardous elements
The software offers a convenient PASS/FAIL function for determining the presence of hazardous elements — mercury, cadmium, lead and chromium. It is a practical tool in the quality control of electrical and electronic goods and in the toy and ceramics industries. The instrument ships with simple, intuitive Polish-language software.
Flexible configuration
The EDX 1800B can be adapted to analyse the chemical composition of alloys — in which case it also suits metal recycling and sorting and the metallurgical industry. The spectrometer is also available with a chlorine-measurement extension and in a version with an SDD detector that improves resolution and detection limits. For full-range light-element analyses, the EDX 6000C is intended; for powder samples — the EDX3600K. Send an inquiry and you will quickly receive a price offer — write to us.
