GC-MS 6800S

Latest-generation GC-MS built on the 6800 — with higher contamination resistance, better sensitivity and stability, a 7-inch IPS touchscreen and broad expansion with inlets, detectors and autosamplers.
- An evolution of the GC-MS 6800 — higher sensitivity, stability and contamination resistance
- 7-inch IPS touchscreen
- Electronic flow and pressure control (EFC/EPC)
- Expansion with inlets and detectors — headspace, P&T, SPME, pyrolysis, thermal desorption
- Phthalate screening (RoHS 2.0) with the UPY pyrolyser
The GC-MS 6800S builds on the proven GC-MS 6800. Successive generations brought clearly better contamination resistance, higher sensitivity and steadier operation, while a wide-view 7-inch IPS touchscreen simplifies handling. The chromatograph keeps its in-house design with electronic flow control (EFC) and pressure control (EPC).
Where it fits
The instrument handles organic-compound analysis across environment, food and industry — from residues and additives in food, through quality control in petrochemistry, to detection of harmful substances. With the UPY pyrolyser it enables fast screening of the new phthalates covered by the RoHS 2.0 directive.
Configure it to the task
The 6800S expands with many inlets, detectors and autosamplers — a liquid autosampler, a headspace sampler, a purge & trap (P&T) concentrator, solid-phase microextraction (SPME), a pyrolyser and a thermal desorber. One instrument therefore adapts to different matrices and sample-preparation techniques.
