ICP-MS2000

Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) for multi-element trace and ultra-trace analysis — detection limits at ppt level and a wide dynamic range; a series in 2000, 2000B and 2000E variants.
- Determination of most elements in the periodic table
- Detection limits at the ppt level
- Wide, multi-order dynamic range — major and trace elements in one measurement
- Simple spectra and low interferences
- Series variants — ICP-MS2000, 2000B and 2000E
The ICP-MS2000 ionises the sample in an inductively coupled plasma, and the resulting ions are separated and counted by a mass analyser. This combination determines most elements in the periodic table with very low detection limits across a wide concentration range — from major constituents to ultra-trace levels.
Where it fits
ICP-MS is used wherever multi-element analysis at trace level matters: in environmental protection (water, soil, dust, wastewater), food-safety control, the semiconductor industry and high-purity materials, as well as in pharmaceuticals and physiological analysis.
A series matched to your needs
The ICP-MS2000 comes in three variants — 2000, 2000B and 2000E — differing in equipment level, so the instrument can be matched to the required sensitivity and budget. Low detection limits (ppt), simple spectra and low interferences translate into fast, confident analysis of many elements at once.
