SP and EM mini peristaltic pumps

The SP and EM mini peristaltic pumps designed to work with other devices — small, with a stepper motor, a single- or dual-channel head and 24 V DC power. External control by 0–10 V, 4–20 mA and RS485 MODBUS at power consumption below 15 W.
- Compact design for embedding in other devices
- Single- or dual-channel head, stepper motor
- External control by 0–10 V, 4–20 mA and RS485 MODBUS
- 24 V DC power, consumption below 15 W
- SP version with a knob, EM with a membrane keypad
The SP and EM mini pumps were built for embedding — they are meant to work with other devices in the lab or on a line, delivering a precise, externally controlled liquid stream. Small dimensions and 24 V DC power make integration with existing instruments easy.
Designed for integration
A stepper motor provides accurate, repeatable speed control, and control by a 0–5 V, 0–10 V or 4–20 mA signal plus an RS485 interface with the MODBUS protocol let you include the pump in a host system. Low power consumption (below 15 W) and DC supply simplify embedding in compact devices.
Single- or dual-channel head
Depending on the need, the pump is fitted with a single- or dual-channel head, which lets you run two fluid paths at once. The SP version is knob-controlled and the EM uses a membrane keypad; an OLED display shows current parameters. High-quality materials resist the abrasion and wear typical of continuous work.
For standalone bench work the compact LabK or LabS fit better. Write to us — we will help select the head and control.
