UV-2100 double-beam spectrophotometer

UV-2100 double-beam scanning spectrophotometer

The double-beam UV-VIS UV-2100 spectrophotometer has a fully automatic scanning system across 190–900 nm with a minimum resolution of 0.04 nm. Three scan speeds, advanced spectrum processing and rich PC software — quantitative analysis, kinetic measurements and multi-wavelength measurements.

The UV-2100 is a double-beam UV-VIS spectrophotometer with a fully automatic scanning system. It allows variable-wavelength scanning (Wavelength scan) over any interval within 190–900 nm, with three speeds — fast, medium and slow — and a minimum resolution of 0.04 nm.

Advanced spectrum analysis

The software offers spectrum-derivative processing, smoothing, peak search, and zooming and overlaying of spectra. It lets you measure at a chosen wavelength, select up to 10 wavelengths at once and perform calculations between them — a tool for demanding qualitative and quantitative analyses.

A rich set of quantitative and kinetic methods

Quantitative analysis includes the standard-comparison method, the standard-curve method and the two- and three-wavelength methods. Kinetic measurements let you choose wavelengths and intervals and calculate activity. When a simpler double-beam instrument with a cell changer is enough, see the UV-2601; the i9 works with manual measurement and a variable bandwidth. Write to us.
