The CF600 and DF600 are integrated filling systems based on peristaltic pumps — several filling units work at once under a single touchscreen controller. It is a solution for lines that need to fill many vessels quickly and repeatably with the same precisely measured dose.
Two architectures to choose from
The system comes in two variants. The integrated type (DF600) combines four filling units controlled by a shared controller — one controller handles up to 16 channels (four groups of four). The split type (CF600) separates the control unit from the individual filling units; two are standard, and at most one controller runs 16 separate units. The choice depends on the line layout and the number of stations required.
Precise and clean filling
Dosing runs in volume units (from 0.1 to 9999.99 ml) with 0.01 ml resolution, and a back-suction function adjustable across 0–360° draws back excess liquid after filling, eliminating dripping and line soiling. The peristaltic principle keeps the liquid only inside the tubing, which simplifies hygiene and product changes.
