The F6 is the industrial version of the F-series dosing pumps — it keeps precise volumetric dosing but scales it to much larger streams. It is a solution for filling lines and processes that need to meter large liquid portions quickly and repeatably.
Production capacity
Three models — F6-3L, F6-6L and F6-12L — cover a flow from a few millilitres up to 12,000 ml/min. Despite the high capacity, the pump doses in volume units (from 0.1 to 9999.99 ml) with 0.01 ml resolution, so precision is no less than the laboratory version. High speed accuracy (0.01 rpm) helps keep a steady dose between cycles.
Repeatability in every cycle
Adjustable dosing time and working in volume units make it easy to programme filling series — from cosmetics and chemistry to food and reagents. The peristaltic design keeps the liquid only inside the tubing, which simplifies hygiene and changing the fluid path between products.
