EDX 6000B XRF spectrometer

The professional EDX 6000B EDXRF laboratory spectrometer has a 10-position changer for fast testing of many samples in one batch. Recommended for analysing mineral samples and metal alloys in the cement, electroplating and metallurgy industries. Simultaneous analysis of all elements plus an optional RoHS calibration.
- 10-position changer — serial sample testing
- Analysis of mineral samples and metal alloys
- Simultaneous analysis of all elements in a sample
- Works well with small sample amounts
- Cement, electroplating and metallurgy industries
- Optional RoHS calibration with low detection limits
The EDX 6000B is a professional EDXRF laboratory spectrometer for full elemental analyses. As standard it has a 10-position changer that enables fast, convenient testing of many samples in one batch — important where laboratory workload is heavier.
Versatile elemental analysis
The spectrometer is most recommended for analysing mineral samples and metal alloys in the cement, electroplating and metallurgy industries. The X-ray fluorescence method also works well in scientific research when only a small sample amount is available. An advantage is the simultaneous analysis of all elements within the measurable range.
Calibration for RoHS
On this model it is possible to run a calibration for RoHS compliance analyses with low detection limits for the hazardous elements covered by the directive. This lets a single instrument handle both industrial analyses and product compliance control. For the full F–U range in vacuum or helium, the EDX 6000C is intended; for powder samples — the EDX3600K.
