EDX3300S PLUS XRF spectrometer

EDX3300S PLUS measures sulfur, chlorine, phosphorus and silicon in fuels, oils and other samples. A monochromatic X-ray system with side-view measurement geometry supports petrochemical quality control in stationary and mobile laboratories.
- Determination of sulfur, chlorine, phosphorus and silicon (S, Cl, P, Si)
- Monochromatic X-ray fluorescence with side-view measurement geometry
- Liquid, solid and powder samples with a matrix-specific method
- Measurement time of 60–300 s according to the manufacturer leaflet
- Compact instrument with an integrated display
EDX3300S PLUS is intended for determining sulfur, chlorine, phosphorus and silicon. Its monochromatic X-ray fluorescence system uses side-view measurement geometry. The instrument accepts liquid samples as well as appropriately prepared solids and powders. Analytical configuration and calibration must be selected for the elements and sample matrix involved.
Petrochemical and oil analysis
Applications described in the supplied leaflet include gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, crude oil and lubricating oils. Measurements can support checks on incoming materials, process samples and finished products. Edible oils are another possible application, particularly where phosphorus content matters. A suitable method and calibration remain necessary for each application.
Plan the measurement around the sample
The leaflet specifies a measurement time of 60–300 seconds and an instrument mass of approximately 15 kg. A compact footprint allows use in mobile laboratories where the required power supply and operating conditions are available. The attached Polish datasheet provides the detailed parameters and sample-preparation examples.
This PLUS model is distinct from the EDX3300S MWD-XRF instrument. The EDX3200S vacuum-chamber analyser also remains in the range. Tell us the sample type, target elements and concentration levels so that we can recommend a configuration.
