QM roller ball mills are single-position grinding stations for very accurate grinding and mixing of samples in laboratory conditions. A vessel with grinding media (balls) rotates on driven rollers, and the motion of the balls reduces the material to a uniform, fine granulation.
Vessel versatility
Unlike many mills, the QM needs no special clamps or mounts — the vessel rests freely on the rollers, so you can use containers from different manufacturers. Adjustable roller spacing lets you fit the unit to vessels of different diameters, covering volumes from 0.5 to 15 litres (depending on the QM-5 or QM-15 model).
Simple and efficient
Roller mills are easy to operate and need no special maintenance, while offering high grinding capacity.
