EnviSense laboratory mills and grinders reduce samples by different methods — from crushing hard minerals, through cutting fibrous and plant materials, to ball milling for very fine granulation. The range includes laboratory crushers, cutting (knife) mills and ball mills — planetary ones reaching around 0.1 µm, vibration mills for fast sample prep and stirred (bead) mills for wet grinding down to nano. Grinding jars (bowls) and grinding media (balls) in eight materials complete the line. We match the reduction method, chamber and grinding media to the hardness and nature of your sample.

CGM-20 vertical crusher with air cooling
The CGM-20 vertical laboratory crusher with a very high 30,000 rpm speed and an air-cooling system — for crushing minerals, fibres and adhesive substances. Continuous operation and a set of three interchangeable blades for different materials.

CCM-series laboratory crushers
CCM laboratory crushers for pre-reduction of hard materials — three models CCM-10, CCM-15 and CCM-20 at 3600 rpm with motor power from 1 to 2 HP. Bench and floor versions differing in container size.

Grinding media (balls) for mills
Grinding media — balls and beads for ball and stirred mills in eight materials: zirconia (ZrO₂), agate, corundum (Al₂O₃), 304/316 stainless steel, tungsten carbide, polyurethane, nylon and silicon nitride. Diameters from sub-1 mm beads to 40 mm balls, matched to the sample, jar and target fineness.

Small ball mill RJM30D
The small RJM30D laboratory roller ball mill for small samples — three rollers, speed 0–480 rpm and vessels around 65–85 mm in diameter. A compact solution where a large ball mill is unnecessary.

Stirred (bead) mill
A laboratory stirred (bead) mill for wet grinding and dispersion down to nano fineness. An agitator drives fine grinding beads through a slurry, breaking down pigments, paints, inks, ceramics and advanced materials — with temperature control for viscous media.

Vibration ball mill
A laboratory vibration ball mill for fast, ultra-fine grinding of hard, brittle and fibrous samples. High-frequency vibration of the chamber breaks the material down in minutes — dry or wet, in small batches for sample preparation.

HM-100 laboratory knife mill
The HM-100 laboratory knife mill for preparing analytical samples — it takes a feed of 10–40 mm and reduces it to below 300 µm. A 700 ml working container (1000 ml total) in autoclavable plastic or stainless steel.

CM-series horizontal cutting mills
CM-series horizontal cutting mills for high-throughput reduction of plant and fibrous materials — the CM-5000 (5 kg/h) and CM-20000 (20 kg/h) models with interchangeable sieves. They reduce wood, straw, grains, spices, rubber, plastics and much more.

SM-series vertical cutting mills for fast reduction — speed up to 30,000 rpm and a chamber volume of 300–400 cm³. The SM450C model with a water jacket cools the sample, protecting heat-sensitive materials.

GQM multi-position ball mills
