The RJM30D is a small laboratory ball mill of roller construction — a solution for workshops grinding small samples that do not need a large, heavy mill. Three driven rollers rotate a vessel with grinding media, giving even, accurate reduction in a compact format.
Precision at a small scale
A speed adjustable across 0–480 rpm lets you match the grinding intensity to the material, and vessels around 65–85 mm in diameter suit small volumes. It is a unit for preparing single samples and for research work, where accuracy matters more than a large batch.
Vessels for different materials
For the RJM30D, vessels and grinding balls are available in ceramic, agate, stainless steel and zirconium oxide, letting you adapt the unit to the nature of the sample and protect it from contamination. For larger batches the large RJM102/RJM103 mills are intended. Ask for a quote.
